The fine print, kept plain.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Availability is not guaranteed until this confirmation is issued.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-dated attraction tickets (e.g. theme park e-tickets) may carry a separate, non-refundable policy — this is shown at checkout before payment.

3. Pickup & Timing

Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Golden Sand Safari Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by guests not being ready.

4. Health & Safety

1. Desert safari dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back or heart conditions.
2. Water sport activities require guests to be in reasonable physical health; instructors may refuse participation on safety grounds.
3. Seatbelts and provided safety equipment must be worn at all times during dune bashing and water activities.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include the base experience described. Optional add-ons, gratuities and personal expenses are not included unless stated.

6. Liability

Golden Sand Safari Dubai carries full operator insurance; however guests participate in adventure activities such as dune bashing, water sports and mountain drives at their own risk, and are asked to follow all guide and driver instructions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
